Hi, I have been trying to report few bugs i have been facing since January but seems like no one is interested in providing support for Apple Iphone 4s so i am writing here as a last option. I have been facing a problem where my phone goes completely blank - i can still see the time, battery row and when i press the menu key twice it even shows the shortcuts menu but the screen goes completely blank. Other than that sometimes when someone calls my ringtone sounds weird its like repeating the first second ring again and again. The ringtone is the one that came with the phone named 'Marimba'. Sometimes the phone just switches off on its own and restarts. I have made 50 calls to the customer care, took my phone to the service center thrice. They kept it with themselves for 15 days and could not face the problem. I asked them to send me the diagnosis never received that and as soon as i took my phone back and reached home there it was once again the same problem. I wonder what were they doing for 15 days with it. I called customer care talked to the Heads - 3 of them. They hang up the phone by giving me their personal extension number and a promise to solve the problem in a week. Never got a call back. When tried their extension i could never reach any of them. Tried calling the customer care again, same new Technical Head again with new extension number that was never answered and same old promise. I really expected a lot from apple but could never imagine it would be worst than the cheapest mobile companies present in the world. Had the worst experience. Even my 4 years old nokia works 10000 times better than my brand new apple Iphone 4s. And one more thing i did get it replaced once, the brand new i got had the same problems showed the service center executives a video, made 1000 rounds to the service center got it replaced. Guess what the replaced one has more problems than my earlier phone and now they tell me reproduce the problem in front of us or take it back. Duh!!.. this is the last option i have otherwise i think i just burnt my 45k for a just a box which looks like apple. I have written a feedback to them too since "Apple Does Not Have a Complaint Link or Any Email ID". I also have videos on the same of my phone not working. Did send it to apple too but seems like they are not interested. Could not upload the same here because it says the size is too large.P.S.-- My Service report numbers are : 8072, 1530, 1353. I bought the phone on 29th january 2012. Complaint number on Customer Care is 319667225.
