Hi team,

we had purchased this Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes in June 2009 and since then within 3 months it got damaged 3 times.
whenever we call them they commit a date and time and they never turn up.
we have to live on Bisleri Bottles.
Later we tried calling the sales person who sold us the aquaguard, who was so ruthless in speaking, he said that whatever you want to do you can do this is the service we give and we do not regret for that.
we spend money not only on the bisleri mineral water to drink but also on mobile to call them.
more than 10 times we call them and they do not turn up just because the machine is under warranty and they will not be paid for the service.
Had it been out of warranty and we had to pay them, they would have instantly come and repaired it.

EUREKA FORBES are the worst in customer care service after sales.
Anybody reading this, please do not buy any product from them. They are very sweet and committing during sales... but after sales support is a ruckus.

I hope this forum will take my request on urgency or else ill have to knock Media's door for HELP.
