Delivery Status of Ubislate 7+

Maine 1 Ubislate 7+ ki online Booking 19/01/2012 ko kee thee jis ki Booking ID is PM67FC6A5B24 hai. Booking ke baad March mahine main jab Customer-Care Center No.1800 180 2180 Company executives se baat ki to unhone kaha ki agar main iska advance payment karta hoon to Company Ubislate7+ ki delivery May2012 tak har haal main kar degi tab maine is ka advance payment Rs.2999/- (STATE BANK OF INDIA) Demand Draft No 849110 dated on 19/03/2012 (Park street) branch, Kolkata ke dwara kiya, magar jab May2012 main maine inhe dubara call kiya to mujhe jawab mila ki hum iski Delivery June2012 tak jaroor kar denge.

Or suke Baad se naa to inke Call Center ka ye No. 1800 180 2180 lagta hai or na hi inki mail id >supportin@datawind.com per koi mail send hoti hai. kabhi kabhi lagatar try karne per inke call center pe phone lagta hai to waha se baar baar wahi agle 15 din main delivery kar denge ka jawab milta hai or kai baar to detail puchne ke baad hi line disconnect kar dete hain bina koi jawab diye.

Booking or advance payment lene ke time per M/s, Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ka kahna tha ki pehle aao pehle paao ke adhar per Delivery ki jayegi. Jabki yahi particular Ubislate7+ Online shopping networks ke dwara May2012 se lagatar sale ho raha hai. or jin logo ne advance payment kiya hai unhe lagatar galat jankari dee jaa rahi hai.

pichle kuch dino se inki booking site per Mr. tuli ne kaha hai ki hum lagbhag 1000 unit daily deliver kar rahe hain, or hum January or February ki booking delivery kar rahe hain iska matlab M/s.Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd. public ka kitna carore rupiya pichle 7,8 mahine se use kar rahi hai wo bhi bina koi intrest pay kiye. or jin logo ka paisa hai unhe tab dena to door ki baat hai reply tak nhi de rahi hai.

M/s. Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ki itni sari complaint upbhokta foram main bhi lodge hain kya Indian Goverment ya Indian Court inke khilaf koi shakht karyawahi nahi kar sakti.

Kripa karke aap bataye ki mujhe kya karna chahiye.

I was booked for the Ubislate7+ and paid(Rs.2999/-) in advance(cheque cashed on 1st Mar 2012) as per their advised. After that they gave dates many times for my communications but observed no commitment to their words. Their customercare no.(1800 180 2180) never connects to the customers for any clarification. Frustrated with their delay and demanded for refund by 31st Jul 2012 and gave bank account details as they asked. Again received a mail with the details of dispatch consignment. But when checked in the DTDC website for tracking the consignment, it was found that the given consignment was wrong and the Datawind may trying to misguide me.

I requesting the Consumer Court forum to look in this matter for the refund as well as compensation against mental disturbance & misguide.

Sir,
I had booked Ubislate 7+ on month of February 2012 on their official website for Delivery in the month of March'12. The booking reference no is "PM89243913CE". For that I have made the advance payment of Rs 2999 vide Chq. No. 798489 of ICICI Bank Ltd. which was debited from my account and they have sent an acknowledgement mail on 16th of march 2012 for its early delivery.

However, I am still awaiting the delivery of the tablet. Can you let me know the exact status and the likely delivery period?

There is no update of status from Ubislate site. Their e-mails are either getting bounced back or have no response, and their contact number (1800 180 2180) displayed on websites just not connected.

Pls do the needful and update me the current status.
