DearSir,

I had ordered for a 7-in-1 Universal Remote and I received a Sony Universal Remote (5 Components) on 17th Sept. It was in a very dirty condition with lot of scratches. Moreover it is not working at all.

I immediately lodged a complaint and I was told to send it back by TNT which I promptly did on 19th Sept. TNT informed me that the product would reach there by 21st Sept.

I sent a mail to Indiatimes customer service and informed them but I did not get any response. I then sent several mails and I also tried calling them up but no one was responding. Finally yesterday I sent an email to the Operation Head. Even for that I have not got any response.

Today i.e. 25th Sept I managed to talk to someone in the customer care dept and I told her to refund me the money. She told me it will take 10 working days. But I am sceptical about that.

I am at my wits' end so please advise what course of action to take.
