Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased a MP3 player of Samsung, on 14th May 09, with configuration as follow,

Samsung, 4GB Q1 MP3 Player
Prise Rs6500/-, including VAT.

from following dealer,
Ashok Sales Enterprises,
No. 153, 1st Floor, D. Devaraja Urs Road, Mysore, Karnataka 570001

Within some hours of use, I found the player hanged. I approched dealer after some days. He directed me to the Samsung Service centre in city.
I gave the player for repaire, and got it back after 7 days.

But same problem occured again. They had formatted the player, as the display icons in player were changed in its properties.

Without disturbing the dealer, I reapproched the service centre, and had the xerox copy of gadget deposite slip, as the proof of submission to repair.

This time, they took nearly 45 days and needless to say, the problem was not sorted.

I tried to get help from dealer thrice, but he could not do much except asking my contact details so that he will give me the solution after some days...

I am looking for money back. I have lost faith over their products and services.

Please help. If possible, mail me to makeitpossible@rediffmail.com with the solution, so that it will be easy for me to be known that there is way to solve this problem.
