Employer did't give salary for 3 months
I don't really know if it is the matter to be discussed as Consumer court dscussion. But I realy don't know where to approach, this is a well know Indian company but due to financial problems it has not given
salaries to employee for last 3 months. Meanwhile some have left the company and thus there is very remote chance that Ex-employees will get their salary. There are many other dues as well like medical, LTA and other reimbursement.
Can we do something about it adn file a case against this company.

i have not rceived salary of 1month from HCLBPO
I had worked in hcl bpo for 1mnth, they have not paid my salary for that month.I have contacted HR department and told them my problem but of no use.Whenever i call HR, he always ask me to call next week or your check is in process. Now i have made up my mind to drag the company to court or i will complaint about HR to higher athourity of HCL bpo NOIDA.Please suggest me to sort out my problem, i don't know for this what's the procedure to .follow

Give time to siddarth he is a nice guy the people around him have runied him he is man he shall pay off every due of his he should get rid of all the use less fellows around him all the mangalore gand fit for nothing .

Non payment of salary arrears for 9months
Leadsoft solutions pvt. Ltd. has failed to pay salary due to me even I resigned in May09. I have got numourous e-mail from CEO P.S.Srinivas making committment to the payment in various dates but he has failed to do so on every occation.
How can I get justice & payment of my arrears on fast-track.
How can I publish Leadsoft's such practice in public forum so that prospective employees, corporate world-forum & business partners get to know about this.

Leadsoft mis-using the consultants
Hi, Can admin plz advice as where to complaing and how to take action about this employer Mr. P.S. Srinivasan of LeadSoft Solutions pvt. Ltd. ?
This company does not pay the salary for months and its hunting freshsers and kept on recruiting new people. They need to e punished as they are ruining the the young consultant's life by getting them worked for free.
In USA, there are strict action against such employers who dont pay the employees..Dont we have any similar LABOR LAWS in India ?
How and where to Fight for this ?

I Did't get paid for 1 month. I submit my timesheets on time as well as I gave 15 days Notice on time . But he did't gave my salary for 1 month. I sent 3 4 mails to him about my pending salary.did't get respond. Can I file a law suit against him or how Can I Proceed . Please help me

salary held by the employer
From November 2010 I started working at a small sole proprietary company as a web designer. The proposed salary for the job was Rs. 3500/- pm. However, at the end of the same month my employer asked me to quit, as he was not satisfied with my performance.
But till date 07/12/2010 he did not pay my salary i.e. Rs. 3500/-. In a case like this in order to get my dues what will be moves.

Non payment of Salary for last 10 months.
My husband was recruited as Head -Country Operations, by an Indian Company (in Training) of repute for their Manila (Philippines) operation. They are not paying him for last 10 months. Now that he has resigned, they are not even bothered to get his ticket done and clear his dues. According to them system does not have money. Please let us know what should be the plan of action in this case.

Full and Final Settlement
I am Prachi Misra and i worked with Nippon Data Systems Ltd. as a Team Leader since last two years. i took leave since 4 jun 2012 to 9 jun 2012 and i also took approval from HR and my reporting senior and they approved it. And i got a call from HR on Sunday(10/jun/2012) that you have no need to come to office since tomorrow because our client site do not want Team leader at site. Than i asked to HR mam that how it is possible? that without prior information how can company terminate?, than HR told that according to appointment letter company will pay 15 days salary to you, than i said to her to send a mail regarding this and he told that he will send tomorrow(11/jun/2012) but she did not send till now. I regular call her but always she said that she will send. but she did not send now she is not picking my phone and not reply through mail.
So what Should i do?
Please give me guidance...............

I served Prognosys E Services from Aug 2008 till May 2012. As the company demerged I was transferred to Prognosys Direct. A marketing plan was to be run worldwide wherein I emailed Mr. Tim Cook CEO Apple. The gentleman blocked our domain for two working days and I was immediately removed.
I am looking for my Provident Fund details and my backlog incentives etc amounting to 50,000.
Several attempts have been made to contact but no avail.

full n final setalment
due to some problems i submitted my resignation in the probation period without any notice, now company deducting my 15 days salary (near about 17000),
i think there is no need to give the notice in the probation period, one day notice is enough....
pls suggest me where i can file the case or any lawyer reference who can help me....

My employer is not paying salaries past few months
My employer is not paying employee's salaries regularly and for every one is mote than 2 months salaries are pending and for few peoples it is mote than 4 months pending. How do we recover our pending salaries from such a employer? Does lay support us to get our pending salaries quickly or we need to wait for years together to get our money? please advice us immediately
