My fiancee has a requirement of getting a gazetted officer's attestation on her MAT(Management Aptitude Test) form. So she went to the RTO officer in Jayanagar 4th block.
There she politely requested the officer to attest the form.
That person was so rude, first thing he just refused to speak in english or hindi and started speaking in kannada which my fiancee didn't understand.Then he asked her to learn kannada and then come.
After that he very rudely threw the form back and said..."Yes I can do this, but I wont do it!! These type if things doesn't happen here... Go away!!"
I want to ask few things here,
1.That person is supposed to be a CIVIL servant who has been appointed by goi to serve people,we are the ones who are paying taxes to support salary of these people.How dare they speak like that?
2.This is a long drawn problem for north indians staying in south india.We are treated like complete foreigners and ILL-treated.Where as local people get all the favors just by speaking the local language.How far this is right?
