I have cancelled my e-ticket 8 days prior of journey.. According to the rule the refund should have done directly to my account....The PNR status showed cancelled status.... But still the cash has not been refunded to my account and despite of several mails, the railway department are not responding to any one of them... I am sick of all those of trying....
