Respected Sir/Mam

I Want to draw your kind attention towards poor service given by MTNL. As my landline connection was dead n complaint was filed on 13.01.2012 still the problem not yet solved. & I am very regretful towards complaint no. At those Address we taken up this connetion a senior citizen is living dats my grandma. And she is unable to contact with us due to above mentioned problem. Even area linemen ignores when somebody told about their problems that landline is not working properly when they round up in street.



I called up many times to the MTNL employees or linemens but they cant response towards this problem. My Landline No is 22171303.
Please take some urgent steps towards lazy employees for their irresponsible work and solve the above mentioned problem as soon as possible.
