Where do I post my complaint against NCDRC. My case is rejected at admission level saying the defects were not removed. Basically there were no defects, except one transalation of a citing from Marathi to English. Every letter was responded in time under guidance from a Senior Judge retired from Consumer Court. A subsequent query under RTI revealed that one of my letter was not taken on record and it was claimed that no such letter was received. I have an internet proof of delivery. The courier service, OnDot is ignoring my requests to submit the proof which the courier has. I will soon be filing a complaint against the courier company too. I need a guidance for that. In the meanwhile I am helpless in approaching NCDRC.

As the NCDRC says that they have not received the letter, it means the courier has failed to deliver. That is a deficiency in service. The internet access has shown that it is delivered. And as soon as I submit the case in Consumer Court, the courier may promptly submit the proof and try to escape. I feel even at that level, even if the courier proves that it is delivered, still the courier should be punished as it has ignored my requests for the proof, which has stopped me from approaching NCDRC for the justice. How do I proceed against both the parties.
