i wanted to know about the retirement rules.
my uncles age is 58.5 yrs. The retirement age in rajasthan was 60 yrs and now they have changed it to 58 yrs.
Yesterday my uncle went to the office and they relieved him the same day without any notice.
Does this matter come under the ruling of consumer court?
can we file a case against the company?
