Hi,

I Ghanshyam using a reliance GSM mobile (9555607034) since July 2011, since it was ok while i used to recharge my mobile for promotional balance only, as i start recharging in main account, reliance start activating VAS services without any request and this is the third time when i am being charged for vas services without any request while I also activated DND service so that i do not receive any calls for these type of services. I spoken to customer care executive all three times while balance got deducted they assured me that from today no any service will be activated on your number without any request from your side. and they return my balance for two times, when i spoken today(5 Jan 2012) that again the vas service has been activated and i have been charged for 30 rupees they said it was activated from your side as you received a call from us and followed options to activate it, it is really surprised that i am not receiving any for these services as DND is activated on my mobile than how i had followed options. and also saying now it has been deactivated automatically I am really fed up with reliance they have harrassed my self. I know each and every thing about these kind of services and i never need of these so i don't do any activity to activate or deactivate these.

Now i need help.
Please assist.
