Dear sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Nirmal gas agency, Pilkhuwa (Panchsheel Nagar) U.P-245304 (Connection No-N19559). This complain is regarding the door delivery of the gas cylinder. Indane Gas always provides door delivery of the cylinders to their customers. Once after booking the gas cylinder in advance, I did not get the cylinder delivered at home. After enquiry from Gas Agency, I was informed that the cylinder was delivered but nobody took the delivery.
From the other sources, I got to know that the delivery person from the agency brings cylinders in truck and parks the truck at a particular place and customers are supposed to get the cylinder delivery from there.
The place (where cylinder truck stands) is quite far from my home (more than 500 m) and there is no one in my home to bring cylinder from that place. Moreover no information is provided by the delivery person, whether the truck has come or our cylinder has come.I had already complained to Gas Agency regarding the problem however there is no response from them.
I request yourselves to look into the problem and instruct the Gas Agency to get the cylinders delivered at home on door delivery basis.
