This is the case of 31st Dec 2011 at CNG pump, Vaishali, Ghaziabad around 6.00 pm. I have visited for CNG filling with my son. Pump boy given us signal to come for filling. One boy was also standing for cng filling with one of his girlfriend. He started abusing with dirty language to me (a lady). I requested him not to use dirty language, but he has slapped me on my face with dirty abusing language. When my son asked him to say sorry, he was also beaten badly where later my son was admitted for treatement in Vasundhra Hospital, Ghaziabad. He had wound in his eye and several marks on his face n head. All staff member at CNG Pump and other onlookers standing there to enjoy the scene. Pump station staff had not called police even. Later we have got checked and come to know that their video camaras were also not working.

If a lady is so unsafe, without any mistake, I feel ashmed on our Rules and be an indian.

I request concern authorities to take action against the said CNG Pump owner.
