I m Arun.I have to log a complaint on a TNSTC conductor in Palani,TamilNadu.

Complaint: I have booked two separate tickets in a same bus from Palani to Bangalore with the same user account in the TNSTC web site. The on duty conductor in that bus dint allow me to travel and wrongfully accussed me of booking two tickets using same account with TNSTC online portal which is baseless. The TNSTC website has no such terms and conditions.Please look in to the matter.
