Its been 2 years since we filed a TDR due to train dealy more than 3 hours, At last the train got delayed more than 10 hours and finally it was cancelled.

I have not received the refund in my account, inspite of filing for a TDR for it almost immediately. The transaction is as follows:

I called railway multiple times, sent email but donot hear any proper response. The customer care redirected me to Kolkatta zonel office.

I called Kolkatta office more than 10 times, but donot have any proper update how much time it will take and why?

The person only says that we have not received payment from railway, once it will be received irctc will refund in your account.

I donot like the way keep calling and waste my phone calls for std calls always.
