Katra Shrine Board

Respected Sir,
i have emailed the website and all the related websites countless of times. but i havent got a refund yet.
I made three transaction from my HDFC Debit card ending 9120 for Rs
4262.19 totally amounting to Rs 12786.57 at date 2012-03-23 (23rd
March 2012) at timing 00.13.32 (12:13 AM) , 00.22.56 (12:22 AM) and at
00:30:13 (12.30 AM).
Out of all these transactions the first two was a failure transaction
on the Shrine Website,The last Transaction was a success.
The Details of the successful transaction are as follows:
828439 : Trace Number
8521 : Order Number
MVDH/372691 :Track ID
Rs. 4262.19 :Transaction Amount
23/3/2012 :Transaction Date.

The User Name which i used for these transactions are as follows
UserName: SonalBaik

I would like you to please refund the first two transactions as per
your website policy which states
"In case of failure transactions on Shrine Board's Website refund
shall be made by the Shrine Board"
Appreciate your response in this matter.
This booking has caused alot of pain and grievance to me.
