Its a week my telephone is out of order, earlier also our telephone remained out of order for more than 20 days, this has happened more than 5-6 times in past, we had also registered the complain on IVR of BSNL but there is no response still from officials, on contacting the line man we are been said that there is the problem from main office & he cannot do anything, what shall we do as the customer, we are not also reimbursed the rental till which our telephone was out of order, we need to pay full rental to them, & against the same we are been provided such a rediculas services, I am posting this in this portal expecting some +ve response...
