on 25th Nov'11 I have posted an article in the name of KARNATAKA ANTIBIOTICS & PHARMACEUTICAL,BANGLORE from post office of UDGIR DIST LATUR (413517)as an application for the post of microbiologist. The clerk at the PO mention the address as ASSISTANT SECRATORY,CBSE,NEW DELHI due to his irresponsible behavior and mismanagement. For the reason of undelivery of my application I lost my job opportunity which was the only income source to me.
Please help me for how to lodge a complaint against the authority.
