    Unhappy Life time tariff changed by Tata Indicom(Docomo).

    Hi,

    Last week i lost my Tata indicom CDMA sim in a bus, so I took its duplicate from tata indicom outlet(Shop) in Vijaynagar Bangalore.
    The sim was having the tariff of
    10Paise to all local tata mobiles/Land lines(Tata indicom, Tata docomo, Virgin and T24).
    1Re to local sms.
    50Paise to all other local mobiles.
    1Re to local landlines.

    The tariff was for lifetime. Now, all of sudden the tariff has changed to
    50Paise to all mobiles including all local tata mobiles/Land lines(Tata indicom, Tata docomo, Virgin and T24).

    I contacted customer care people, they are least bothered to attending the issue saying that your tariff will be valid only next one year, which is a fraud and ridiculous. I took this sim only for the sake of tariff. Now it has changed. Kindly help me to get my original tariff. Take justifiable action against tata indicom(which is now tata docomo).
