Angry Govt Accommodation Allotted But Not Worth Living

    Hi Sir/Mam,
I would like to inform you that I am a Govt Servant working in Shimla HP. I got allotted a CPWD house Accommodation (Type-III). House was not in a condition of living. It had all the electric plugs broken and house was dirtiest too. The CPWD officials told me that I cannot do any work in the house and they'll do all the required works at their own. Thereafter, I took the possession. It's been 2 months now but no improvement have been seen yet. They white-washed the house only. And it seems that it is going to take 1-2 more months. We need to go again and again to remind them, but official responsible for work is never available in the office. Please suggest, can I complain about it to allotting authority or should I leave this accommodation by being debarred for next 6 months for new accommodation?
