This is a complaint in regards to my termination of my services from the above mentioned company in the process called TELUS.


I was working in this company for nearly 4 months.Initially everything was good and then it all happened.Our Team leaders got changed every now and then.I was put under the Team leader named Mitali Bose who always picked on me.She was biased and non cooperative and always found a reason to blame me for nothing.She never allowed me to take leaves even if i was sick.


Then it became heights as they didn't have anything to pick on me so the management and the floor support with quality team picked a call of mine which was not an active call and was after call where i and some other colleagues of mine were talking general stuffs which had nothing to do with the call and they said it was unprofessional and have to terminate me.In fact they shouldn't have picked the call at first.I know other people on the floor who has so many professional alerts on them and they still don't get chucked cause they are the best sellers and I being an average performer i became the victim.When i tried to ask for some explanation, no one could give me a good reason for it and i was taken to the HR.They wasted my time there talking nothing and simply told me that it was not right and i should have been talking when the call was not in mute.Its a very small thing as compared to what other people are doing on the floor.


Later when i asked HR to let me speak to the higher management they didn't allow me and they took my badge forcibly and asked me to leave.I wasn't given any written termination letter nor did they tell me what is the procedure after that,What will happen with ma salary and stuff like that.I am still confused if i have been really terminated.I didn't even get my Salary for this month which quite irritating when you don't even know whether you are with the company or not.No emails,no contacts from the HR or the management till now.




I strongly feel that the management of TELUS is not at all professional and they should re-think of changing the whole management all together because they don't know how to handle people..no employee satisfaction and their policies keep on changing person to person and that is why i feel biased.
