Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have applied home loan in HDFC few days back. But they have rejected my application. HDFC person told me that my credit history is bad in cbill report. When I saw that report, I was shocked so many personal loans and credit card loans are coming on that report. When I deeply checked that report, I found that THE REPORT DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. Problem is that there is some other guy who's pan no (AKOPG4355Q)is matching with my no but date of birth is not matching. I have confirmed from income tax department and they assured me by checking again in their records that this pan no is issued to me only. I told hdfc people that I have not taken any personal and don’t have any credit card dues. I have taken a car loan (LOAN NO 12216869) in October 2007 from HDFC BANK which I am paying till date without any delay. I am ready to give all undertaking that the report is not mine and also the date of birth is not matching. I have given all valid proof to hdfc. The mistake is done by somewhere in cibill department where my report is mismatching with somebody else or some where in some bank or may be fraud on my pan card. I have a very good crdit history tat' s why hdfc bank has given me car loan. EXCEPT A CAR LOAN I HAVE NEVER TAKEN ANY LOAN FROM ANY SOURCE.
For this mistake, I lost my peace. I have no clue about the loans and over dues.I made my pan card in september 2006 but loans which are showing in cibill report coming from 2004 and 2005. That time I was a student in college in lucknow.I am a genuine person and ready to show all the details.
I AM READY TO GIVE ALL THE UNDERTAKING WATER YOU PEOPLE ASK . PLEASE HELP ME AS THIS PROBLEM SNATCHES MY MENTAL PEACE AND HOME DREAM.KINDLY HELP ME
