    Angry Irctc Refund not received after 6month

    TDR request for PNR no 8411083124 dated 4 may 2011 as ticket donot got confirmed and traveler not travel on mentioned date. After sending repated reminder to to every body in TDR process team of irctc till date no refund received till date. Even I have sent mail to railway board chairman and railway secetary but no body return back with details to me.

    Please help me in this regard.
