I paid around Rs. 2200 to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board through my debit card online for the payment of Helicopter services they provide to yatris on 14 september, 2011. for the Yatra on 18-september-2011.

When I reached there I was told by them that the transaction has been failed and we don't have any information for the bookings you made.
I asked what is the reason..they told me that the transaction has been failed because at the same time someone else also booked the helicopter services...so your transaction was failed. I told them that the money has been deducted from my account.

After that they told me to write an email to online@maavaishnodevi.org which I did.
Then I never got any response from them after that.
After a month or later i called back again to check the status.Firstly they never picked up mu phone...after a long wait they did so.
they said that we don't have any email for that...they asked me t write an email again.
which i did..and they told me that it will take a week's time for the refund.
But now its more than a month and i haven't received it yet.

Now they have stopped responding to my calls.
and a few numbers are out of service as well...

Please look into the case..

and help me in getting my money back.
