Money refund i had done a railway e ticket through IRCTC on 6 sept. 2011,but it became failed but although my money was deducted from my account.My transaction id is -0387764179.i have complained twice but no any action was taken by irctc regarding money refund.I hope a prompt reply from consumer forum.Thank you,Nitish kumar choubey
