my name is Tarun Dhawan, i gave my driving license test on October 31st and got all my documentation done i was asked a 100 rupees extra to pay for the delivery of my smart card by motor training school (classic motor training school miraroad, shantipark) which i refused to pay as i had already paid a fees of 1800 for only my tests and during which he told me it includes all the charges for the smart card.then he gave me two options either give rs.100 and get the smart card from my office or take the rto would be posting you the driving license directly to your door step for free, so i opted for delivery of smart card by rto to my home but from 31st October today being 15th November i have not yet received my license, i had gone to the motor training school to ask about the delay but the motor training refused to help saying that we don't help on rto delivery. i even tried checking with the post office they didn't receive it. what should i do will you help me??????
