Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training is an Pvt Ltd company. I was appointed as CENTER HEAD for Baroda branch w.e.f 15 Dec 2010. Though later in the month of May 2011, after the restructuring of the organization, I had opted for Center Operations Head position. However, I was still been throttled for Sales unduly and hence I had resigned on 8th Oct 2011.

Request you to kindly please guide me through this issue as needful, to get my rightful dues from the company.

My name is Adesh kumar upadhyay, currently residing in jaipur(rajasthan).I had been working with Elite stock management ltd,as a Team leader.at corporate office in delhi.I have joined the company on 16th jan 2012. I had resigned on 11th april 2012 due to some disagreements with management regarding my job profile and relevant performance, and the resignation was accepted with immediate effect. I was ready to serve my notice period of 15days, however I was been told by the company that I need not serve the notice period, and would be paid for the same as per the agreement. I had send an email to my department head. This company is well known for not making payments to its employees or vendors, and they literally make them cry for getting their dues.
I had send an email to my department head regarding the non payment of full & final settlement with a copy to HR.When i contacted hr manager regarding this,he said that your full and final settlement will not be cleared because of my business functioning and performance issues.I am not getting how to deal with this kind of fraudulent behaviour of company. To which I was been told that the full and final settlement would be done within 10-15days. I have had completed all exit formalities in presence of director of company. However still I have not heard from them regarding my full & final settlement.
Kindly pls advice how should I proceed ahead to deal with this company. Is there any law protecting employee's benefit?

My name is astha sood, currently residing in delhi.I had been working with Destimoney securities pvt. ltd, as wealth manager for their chandigarh branch. I had resigned on 4th of dec 2010 with one month of notice period due to some disagreements with my cluster manager regarding my job profile and relevant performance, and the resignation was accepted with immediate effect. I served my notice period of one month, however I was been told by the H.r manager, heena kapoor that I need not to serve the notice period, and would be paid for the same as per the agreement. Still when i served a notice period of one month with my resignation she relieved me from the duties immediately by sending me an intimation mail on my official mail id. After that in mid of dec 2010 only i filled my full and final form and submitted it to heena. The company have had not paid my full and final yet despite of many complaints given to the h.r head. firstly she said that you full and final is been paid and you relieving letter and last salary slip are been sent to chandigarh branch but now she is saying that as you have been absent from the job at the time of notice period so you are liable to pay us some amount and you relieving letter will not be issued. This company is well known for doing frauds to their customers and employees.
I had send repetitive emails to operating H.r head regarding the non payment full & final settlement and the fraud done to me by h.r manager heena as in dec 2010 only, after getting relieved from my duties i visited chandigarh branch to submit full and final form and p.f form to hina. i submitted my full and final form to hina but then also, hina did not inform me any thing about the notice period. Till today I haven't received any letter or document supporting full and final payment or clearance. I called the chandigarh branch many times and to your head office but nobody responded me or helped me out and passed this issue to some other person. I had completed all exit formalities in presence of my cluster head. However still I have not heard from them regarding my full & final settlement.
Kindly pls advice how should I proceed ahead to deal with this company. Is there any law protecting employee's benefit?

I was working in India, Bangalore for “International Travel House” EMP No 182628 for two years from 26 Jul 2010. My last day in the firm was 31 Aug 2012.
Currently I am working in Middle East and it will cause a lot of inconvenience for me contact them and my current organization requires experience and reliving details and I am very much helpless, I have sent couple of mails to the concerned and there is no better response, I have tried calling multiple times and my call is being transferred from one person to another stating I am not the right person for the same.

I called requested for HR details as well but I was not able to get the response for that as well. I am really happy to discuss with my company about the issue in delaying the settlement, since there was no better response for my calls and emails I was totally helpless.

I would really appreciate if my issue will be resolved and if I get justice.
