We had booked flat of E type in CIDCO Demand Registration Scheme-1987 (DRS-87) by producing salary certificates of our both husband and wife. (As per CIDCO terms and conditions monthly salary should be Rs 5,000/- and above for booking of E type tenements). That time CIDCO had promised cost of the above tenements would be 1.5 lacs.

In 1998 CIDCO had given first preference to DRS-87 members for E type flats available in Sector-46 and 48 for Rs. 5.57 lacs. We also registered our name for flat at E5, Flat-5, first Floor, Condominium-9, Sector-48, Nerul, Navi Mumbai-400706. After that same type of flats they sold with 10% discount. They also recover Rs. 5000/- for inclusion of my name with my wife name.

In 1999 we came to know above E type flats are smaller (less by 2.02 Sq mtr. - 21.7 Sq ft) than they mentioned in agreement. For recover E type cost from us they had mentioned area of the flat 50.07 Sq mtr as against 48.5 Sq mtr.

After our representation CIDCO (Scan copies attached) had taken joint survey of e type flat on 13 Mar 2002 in presence of following personnel (Scan copies attached): -

(4) Mr Sanjay Patel

Till to date CIDCO had not respondent for our above mentioned issue.

CIDCO is State Government body therefore it is requested that kindly guide us to get justice.
