This is regarding non delivery of speed post article number ED241226619IN booked on 16th March'11, at Chanakyapuri post office, New Delhi to the addressee Mr. M.K. Singh residing in Kolkata.
On asking about the matter through RTI Act, the Post Office closed the case by saying that the article is received by Mr. Sahdeb Das (without mentioning the address), who as mentioned above is neither the addressee nor any family member of addressee.
It is highly disappointing that the post office has delivered the article to wrong address and is not interested in looking in the matter upon complaining. This irresponsible behavior of the official has grieved me a lot, in terms of sentiments as well as of money.
so, please kindly take some appropriate action.
