Dear Sir / Madam,

Am in chennai tamil nadu, I have newly got married and i want the new gas connection. So I went to bharat gas agency and Indane gas agency for new connection. Both the agencies are not giving the connection without the gas stove. Am having the Gas stove already with me which was received as marraige gift.

And one of the important reason am hating these agencies is they are not giving any advance models of gas stove such as three burners, four burners, automatic lighter, glass top. They are giving only the basic model for the price of Rs.2750.00 I want to know they are gas agencies or gas stove agencies. How they are compul me to cook in this stove or that stove. Am not having the freedom to choose the gas stove to cook.

Why gas agencies are choose the gas stove for my kitchen? why i have to buy basic gas stove if lots of advanced models available in other sores. it is very very hurted me. Please file a legal case against these agencies and change these kind of unwanted stupid business with customers.

I am not telling to stop the gas stove business. You can sell the gas stoves like other home appliances stores. Customer who likes can but others will go another store and buy.

All the customers have to buy the gas stove with every new gas connection is very very worse process of gas agencies. I want justice and freedom to use the gas stove i like.

Assume if am a cable TV operator or D2H Dealer, while am giving the new connection to gas agency owner or employees, if i force them to buy a basic model of TV then only i will give the new connection. They can agree or accept to this connection. Please think.........
