Sir,
I have booked coins online in kolkotta mind on April-14,2011.My online order payment was sucess and the online ordering system had generated the below order number

Order No : ORD32837

Order status: Transaction sucess.

Though the online system tells an ackonlodgment will be send ,but till now no acknoledgment or no coins have been recieved.

A sum of 11862.86 was detucted from my account.
In this regards i have spoke to the officer in kolkotta mint,but no response.Request you to take necessary steps to resolve the issue.I trust this forum will address my concerns.
