About Passport delay Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had submitted my passport application for re-issue of passport at District Passport Collection Center at Dharamshala (Kangra) Himachal Pradesh on 12th July 2011.
Till today i.e. 01th November 2011, my [COLOR=#009900 !important]application form[/COLOR] has not yet reached the passport office at Shimla.
The file number given to me when i submitted my application form is:
SML-Z822509-11.
