This is reference to Parcel which was send by my brother from Nasik, Maharashtra. Corrier number is CP419125357IN
This was send on date 17/10/2011 and reached France on 31/10/2011. It was very disturbing to see that more than half of diwali items were missing. Packets were torn. All things were mixed. Few gift items were missing. This is highly unacceptable from govt. department. I would be thankful if this case is taken seriously and my parents get their money back. They prepared so many things for diwali for me with lot of hard work, love and not to mention money they had spend.
I kindly request to consumer court to refund money to my parents.
This way of dealing with their feeling who wish to send diwali sweets to their son far away from them is simply not acceptable.

Kindly let me know what else I can do to get fair and quick JUSTICEWaiting for reply.
