    Thank you for posting your experience with BSNL phones, this is suggestive remedy in your case.

    As per law, if consumer has not defaulted in bill payments, BSNL's Divisional Enegineer is legally and morally responsible to maintain phones in working conditions. In case there is fault in installations or otherwise he is responsible to repair and rectify the said fault within reasonable despatch.

    As your phone is not working, please register a telephonic complaint on complaint booking number and insist for fault / complaint docket number, which is at times not disclosed at directives of CMD of BSNL who is absolutely corrupt.

    You may later inquire about action taken on your docket number and even after that your complaint is not rectified then you are suggested to write the complaint on piece of paper in duplicate and hand it over the same to Divisional Engineer in person. Here too you ask for his seal and signature / phone numbers / name, which they may refuse at the directives of CMD BSNL who is absolutely corrupt. If acknowledgement is not given on written complaint then you may despatch the same by speed post.

    Other remedies available are.
    • File a complaint with Area Manager concerned of your Area.
    • File a complaint with Principal General Manager / General Manager of your area.
    • File a complaint with Chief General Manager of your state.
    • File a complaint with CMD of BSNL ......................Hope they read you.
    Another remedy available is drag BSNL to consumer court if you are not satisfied with approach of BSNL. In case your phone remains non-working / dead due to BSNL's *credibility* you can ask for rebate in rental for the dead period and other applicable compensation.
    In case you have been asked bribe or you have paid any bribe while installation to linemen / JTO / TTO / SDE / DE / AM / GM / PGM / CGM or CMD of BSNL or you have any information of bribery in this Bribe Sanchar Nigam Limited you have following options available.
    • File a complaint with CBI i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation / Anti Corruption Branch or write to CVC, i.e Chief Vigilance Commissioner. Alternatively
    • You can write to Ministry of Public Greivances, Home Ministry, Govt of India at New Delhi about *efficiency* of BSNL.
    • You can also try wasting your precious time by meeting stenographer vigilance officers of BSNL or writing to Vigilance department at New Delhi .....which will never respond and India will be rated as third most corrupt nation by organisation like TI..Thanks to BSNL contribution and *unstopped* salary of CMD of BSNL.

    Dear Sir,
    I am Falguni Vinchhi W/o Mr.Manish Vinchhi from Chennai.
    I would like to ask you some thing about the BSNL land line.
    We are having land line since 1996 and we had shifted our residence from Moolkade to
    vadaperumbakkam, Chennai 600 060. After shifting application, they had allotted land
    line after 4 months and surprised, no bill for the past several months! Now, they
    have disconnected the out going and it seem they have billed Rs.4600/- but still we
    have not got the bill in our hand. Now, I can not pay the bill completely, since
    they had billed for the many months together. Please suggest me, what to do? My
    husband is also out of station for a Long time. I am confused!!! Please help me.

    Default phone dead even after 12 days.No respondse from BSNL Concerned dept

    Phone number:0481-2445001 .complaint registered 7 times through 198 registration facility.why are they so irresponsible to there work

    dear sir,
    One of the polytechnic college in krishna district, andhra pradesh have the broadband connection with home plan 250/- the JTO has not take the action. The connection has working now this time also. avn polytechnic college

    Post Request to help me in resume of my one year old connection LL+BB

    I have got shifted to chhnai, from Nizampura. Since in chhani they were not able to give me LL connection so they offered me WLL for time being with internet. After some time internet stopped working and now wll also is not in use for the last 6-7months. I am paying just rent of connection without actually using it.

    I ahve been after this Nizampura and Fatehaganj, Baroda centeres but they are so hopeless that they do not know even when my connection will get restored. One office to another office I have filed complaint but nothing happened yet. Please help me. My detailas are as follows :=
    Original LL connection with BB = 2771540
    WLL given =- 2973140

    My address- C1/28, aditya Villa , ramakaka temple road, beside Prabhuta hall, Chhani, Baroda.

    Atleast help me now.

    Default Complaint for piyari jodi plan

    Dear sir,

    Mobile no.9408784828
    LAND LINE NO.22860423 (AHMEDABAD)

    I purchased above mobile Number under "PYARI JODI PLAN" for my land line telephone number 22860423 on 27.1.2011. The connection was activated on 29.1.2011 and a SMS message was received on 5.2.2011 that "BSNL LANDLINE REGISTERED IN "HOME UNLIMITED PLAN".

    I am sorry to inform you that despited above message, call charges are deducted from my account. In this connection,my repeated requests and personal talks had with Mr Patel-SDOP at Shahibaug, but still nothing has been done.

    Further due to deduction of charges, I can't get 1000 Local and 1000 national SMS free.

    I therefore request you to arrange that 1. Charges may not deducted from balance (2) Refund of deducted amount (3) Extended period of Free SMS from the date charges stopped for deducted from my account. I have also lodged complaint with PG Ahmedabad and also lodged through portal No,. is 08057331101310006 but yet not no response.

    Awaiting for early favourable reply.

    Question wrong charges B.B.plan of my landline No. 2696260

    R/sir,
    we have a B.B. conection with static IP.dt. 10/6/10 we also give application (we have it's recived copy) for strat my B.B internet in 09/06/2010 , but by S.D.O. saket nagar kanpur- says its open 14/5/10, but he charges apply in from april-10, So its diff.2 month billing charges. After that we change our plan by 750 U/L B.B. plan dt. 22/7/10 , but he says the plan changed dt.12/11/10 by order No.8000979889, then its diff. 4 month billing charges.
    so total 6 month billing rent charges worngly charg by bsnl saket nagar kanpur.

    we aslo submitt all records with reciving :-

    1- plan chang with 750 U/L dt. 22/07/2010
    2- Account officer bsnl ratan lal nagar, kanpur dt. 20/12/2010
    3- Sec. manager bsnl mall road , kanpur dt. 05/01/2011
    4- Account officer bsnl ratan lal nagar, kanpur dt. 25/03/2011
    5- D.G.M. of bsnl Ratan lal nagar , kanpur. dt. 25/03/2011

    please help me for leave this worngly charges.
