Dear sir,
My landline no. is 0129- 2441457 and from last half month my broadband is not working properly, sometimes it is connected and then after some time it disconnects.so, i cannot use it properly and sir,also my landline not working from 2 months. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response from bsnl side. My complaint no. is 64664. Everytime i was told by bsnl technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.
I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with bsnl services.

i am very dissatisfied by the bsnl officers. When i got the connection i had demanded home 750+ broadband plan. But by the mistake they gave me business 700 plan. as a result our bill of bsnl is about 8000 something, i complained in the office but they dont give me the complain reference no. but finally the account officer had corrected my bill. but again in the month of september the bill is about 10257 rupees. So i complained again in the office but again they dont gave me the reference no. of complain and everyday when i go to the telephone office they told me to come on tomorrow. They do not gave any response to me.so i have the big problem about that. i hope you will help me to solve the problem and i kindly request you to take an action.

Dear Sir/Madam,
At first I want to tell you that I am sending this mail third time as I have not got proper response against this mail.Anyhow, my self Mrs. Naba Durga Banerjee, a customer of BSNL broad band service, in that connection I had taken Myway-IPDB connection but after using it three months I requested to disconnect the service for my some financial problem.After some day one cheque of rs. 1500/- came to me which I submitted previously for this service. But I noticed that the spelling of my name was wrong and after telling that problem to your representative he did not
taken any responsibility and also after repetedly requesting him over telephone he did not respose properly. The spelling was Naba Dugra in place of Naba Durga.
Some body from your customer care department called me up on the very next day after having my these complain letter on 21.06.10 and told me that they will issue a fresh corrected cheque and will send to me within next eleven days but yet I have not received any cheque then what should I think and what should I do at this stage........?
For your kind information the cheque was of HDFC Bank and the no is"449806" dated 21.05.2010 and CAF No.10028061
