I would like to seek advice from all expertise .
I had a vodafone connection about two years ago and one day a bill came to my house which claimed that i had made ISD calls at a prticular number repeated number of times. i went to the vodafone store but the employees out there said that nothing can be done and you will have to pay for that . but nor i or any one in my family had made that calls . they had charged 40rs per min for a call which which indicates that it was made on some island . i dont even have a idea about this calls at all. so one day a employee came from vodafone and took the amount except the amount for those ISD calls and said now you wont have to pay for that and this bill has been settled. now suddenly after two years i recieve a call from tes hazari delhi from a constable that a Arrest warrant is going to be issued against you within 15 minutes if you dont pay the outstanding amount of 2400 rs . But the problem is that i have misplaced the slip which was given to me by that vodafone agent who came to take the bill from me. for the time i paid the amount . my question to all of you is that can anything be done in this matter ? Please suggest me ? my vodafone connection is of punjab.
