ration shop add: ayyapan covil st, gandhi nagar, palakkad main road,madukkarai,cbe=641105.in tis ration shop v r not getting the basic goods correctly. dhall,nut v receving 2 months once and many rationproduct r sold for black r held bythe rationshop incharges......plz take action on them and prevent poor people.the persons who r all in right authority to ask this corruption they not doing their job honestly

I belong to the ration shop# AE005 and ward# 045 in South Tamil Nadu. I purchased Sooji a couple of days back and so disappointed after opening. I saw worms crawling in it which was disgusting to see and we ended up in throwing the whole packet out. The Sooji is manufactured by "Ramalinga Foods" which is a well known company so it was more sad news.

This is a complaint with regard to ration shop in our area, , Anna Nedumpadai high road near Gill Nagar Chennai and next to Singapore fast food to intervene the ongoing situation in our ration shop. We do not get any items supplied by the government properly.

Ration shopkeeper often comes after 09.30 A.M. on all working days and they will not give anything after 12.00 P.M

If a card holder wants to buy items from the Ration shop, he /she has to visit the shop and stand on the long queue at least 4 to 5 times a month, there is not a single day throughout the month all the items are available. Moreover most of the time even if the items are available in the shop they just refuse to give and ask us to come after some days but in the same day afternoon’s bags of items goes from the shop to somewhere. They do 100% black marketing of the good quality of Sugar, Wheat, Rice and Dhal which they receive from the government. We, the poor people do not even get what is due to us despite our continuous follow-ups. If we ask them, everyone in the shop they use abusive language to the consumer. None of them respect the consumer in the shop.

Secondly, more importantly the qty measurement is very poor where we are cheated by less 100-200 gms of Dhal & at least 500 gms of sugar & Rice.

It has gone now on top of our head, and since we are a salaried people cannot afford to go to the rationing office and complaint and attend the same everyday bunking our regular office hrs. Therefore we would request your good selves to please look into this matter and take the necessary action as soon as possible and save our consumer and our country.
