Delhi Jal Board Complaint

Hello,

This is the first time I am making a complaint at this forum, and that too with a lot of frustration we have faced over the last few years.
The backlane sewers of my house are completely blocked from over a month now, and we have been registering many complaints against it, but with no help at all.
The situation is so worse that we are not able to use few of our home toilets as they are completely overflowing. And, this is being one of the biggest health hazards, we are scared to live in such situation.

And, this is not a problem of this time only, we are observing it from last few years, that every time there is a sewer blockage(which normally happens 2-3 times in an year) it takes almost 2-3 months to get rid of and that too with a lot of hassle involved of being calling them and making complaints again and again.

I also made two complaints at Aapkisunwai website which is also I think being run by government dept, but no response from their side also.

Our society Sainik Vihar, near rani bagh, Delhi - 34 comes under Saraswati Vihar Jal Board office.
Few of our complaint no's are:
259, 357, 996, 316, 317

I dont really know if any action will be taken by this government body / or if it really cares about its consumers !!!!!

We have been facing constant water problems from the last 4 months - either it was smelly water or no water coming to our house at all!!!!!!
and to top it now we have got a enormous bill of Rs 5500 for not getting water and bad quality water!!!!


our connection series 45205 - i hope some one from the jal board will respond to this!!!!!!

I beg to say that We are residing at 499, 499/1, 500/1, 500/2 and All Durga Vihar Resedientials, Near Durga Public School, Devli Village, New Delhi-110062. Sir, in Our Area water is not coming before 6-7 Months, Because Our DJB Tubewell is long away of Our Area and Tube well also very bad Position & Old Tubewell can not Bring More Water For Our Area Which ever Water is coming distributed among 10-12 Houses Only, So This time it is major problem for our Area. Our Residing People Giving Many Letter for Delhi Jal Board But Nothing Do Very Well. Daily TWo Tanker is coming in Our Area But Private Water Supplier Purchase them And We Get Nothing, Therefore Our Area's People have to Purchase Private Tanker in heavy Price but Some people Cannot Purchase this Tanker Because His Economic Position is not well. Sir, Main problem is this We Have not Consumed the water of DJB but DJB Give Bill Of Water Consuming.Sir, We All the people of Devli Village Requested DJB In Our Area Making A New Tubewell Or Repairing Of Old Tube Well Quickly Because Approxmately 300 People Who Have not get Water Before 6-7 Months.
So Kindly Grant We's Letter Quickly We the people of Devli Village Requested.

Respeceted Sir,

we have been regularly getting bills for the Water connection and making payment each time. We are worried by the invoices every time computrised invoice does not shows the last received payment.

Every time they maually corrects the bill and take payments. We are concern about the proper paymet deposite.
Followings are the invoice numbers.

1.281219 Dated 05.01.2011 amt for Rs. 228.00 Paid for Rs. 217.00on 18.01.2011
2.538156 dATED 01.07.2011 amt for Rs. 505.00 Paid for Rs. 241.00 on 19.07.2011

We request you to kindly let us know the fact of the payment relisation on our account.
