Maa Vaishno Devi Helicopter Services I had booked a ticket for two people in online services at maavaishnodevi.org on 06.07.2011.
While booking ticket amount got deducted from the account but without generation of ticket.
I have complained to the concerned authorities so many times but no one is responding.
So please advise the needful.

i too had a similar issue, the website is so slow and it never reaches the payment gateway and when it reaches when it comes to ticket generation the site pays tricks.
the helpdesk and online services team never respond to mails, only the admin team replied asking to get in touch with the other 2.
I also heard that tour agents book the tickets and sell them for more then double rates which is not correct.

I have booked the helicopter tickets on 10 Dec 2011, as I have mailed to cancel the track id's but haven't get any reply from them. The amount of 4 tickets has been deducted from my account. The amount is Rs11,000.
