I applied for a Credit Report from CIBIL on 20th April by making a payment of Rs. 450 through my Credit Card ending 2180. My transaction ID for the request at CIBIL is S0411005374 - 16518096.

Even though more than a month has elapsed, I have not yet received the report. After repeated queries, CIBIL finally informed me that they sent the report through Speed Post # EM 838803423 IN on 29th April.

I made several attempts to work with the Post Office to understand the status of my delivery. I was finally informed by the Post Master that the documents had been misplaced at the Post Office and can no longer be delivered.

Since the documents have not been delivered to me, I believe it is CIBIL's responsibility to resend the report to me at the earliest. I cannot be held responsible for the failure of their delivery agent.

Kindly help me obtain a copy of my Credit Report.
