Hi

I sent a speed post from Chandigarh post office on 10th may to USA.It had some urgent documents that were to be submitted to lawyer for a case.I was told that it would be delivered in 3-4 days maximum.Instead it was delivered on 23rd may.It took 13 days for it to be delivered.

Please help that what action can I take against it.
