I belong to village Kuriala,Teh and Distt. Una.I belong to scheduled caste community.I attended a meeting at parimahal at Shimla(HP) on 16/12/2010 alongwith other members of Energy Environment Group as desired by NGO.No TA/DA was given to us.
A written test was conducted and interview was taken on 20/12/2010.
This NGO invited us to do survey of migrant people in distt Una for a month which we completed successfully.
After that no activity was done although they invited us regularly at their institute.
Suddenly some representative of so called NGO told us on telephone that we have to attend another meeting on 09/05/2011.We attended that meeting at parimahal Shimla.No TA/DA was disbursed too.
After that they told us that an appointment letter will be issued only if we pay bribe of rupees 10000/- each candidate.Otherswise they will appoint other candidates.We all refused to pay.The so called NGO did not issued appointment letters.How they can cancel our candidature for not giving bribe?
Also they did not allow us to attend training at Dharamsala.
Sir, my humble request is that kindly look in this whole episode and justify.
