Hi, I am Sathish Kumar. M and I am a customer of Airtel for more than 5 years. Airtel gives the worst service to its customers. Without the knowledge of the customers, they are activating some services and charging some rupees. When we call and ask them, they are giving the poor response and telling that we(the customers) only activated that service and so only they have charged us the amount. This happens more number of times for many customers and they are not in a position to accept it. A supervisor in Airtel named Hariharan handled my problem and he spoke to me very badly and with no responsibility. So, please take a necessary action against this.
