I am swapan konai. I'm from bahadurpur, p.o. fatepur, kuli, Murshidabad, westbengal, 742132 the owner of gita telecom and Xerox. i am a retail counter of Oxizen. on 4th may i have purchase a reachare voutcher form oximall (division of Oxizen) of Rs. 300/-. but when i recharged the pin no. to coustomer mb. a massage wii generate that the voutcher is invalied. so i also sean a massage to coustomer care of Oxizen (the no is 9163888888) they also call back from the no. +911246159899 for help. but till now i have send massage about 10-15 times. but just 2 times they call me. but no positive result. they give me two complain no. ( 11050455, 1105061152)

the coustomer creat some pressure to me. but i have no idea what i have to do. becauase the worst coustomer service of the Oxizen.

plz do the needfull as early as possiable.
