    Angry lawyer has not put her case for 5 years..

    I am residing with my famely in hyderabad.My father gave his case to a lawyer who in delhi(as delhi is our home town). Now from past 5 years he has not put the case into the court ans has already taken his fee. Could you tell me where to complaint about him and how to get our money back....
