    Angry Complaint Against MTNL poor services

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I am Jeetender Reehal R/o RZ 330/C, Second Floor, Raj Nagar-II, Palam Colony, New Delhi - 110045.
    i am a MTNL broadband internet service user since february 09, My Telephone no is 011-25364388, Today as on 25-06-09 my internet is still dead and complaint had been logged to MTNL on 1504 on 01-06-09, 14-06-09 and 18-06-09 which was starting working in between 02-06-09 to 10-06-09 hardly for 5-6 days. Now I am approaching to the nearest exchange at dwarka sector 7, I am getting no response from there. I have been replied that there is no body to solve my problem and Mr. Shukla is your area technical engg. he is on leave and there is no one who can help you. I was also asked to come with my Laptop to exchange in case if I want the problem to be solved. I had to follow their instruction as I was in need of it, I did the same but no result came out. I have met with JTO Mr. S.C. Sharma at Dwarka Exchange sector7 near MCD School, still result came out. My work is getting hampered and they are not taking it seriously. I have approached so many time to them after that but most of the time I found them lost from their seat. As I am a private job doer I have to report on time to my office, Some time I have tried to meet in the morning to senior Divisional Engg. and other senior officer in the same exchange to escalate this matter, but they do not come before 10.30 or 10.45. At end of the month we get a computerised telephonic call to deposit a bill or they would terminate the services.

    At last I am praying in front of you to help me and get the matter solved.

    Default complaint against school block shakarpur mtnl office

    i m naveen singh residence-s668c school block phone no.01122481138. has a problem if internet from last 6 days i have done 3 complaints of this the complaint no. are 41601338, 41100343, 41600561. but there is no response from their side. the head of that office is rajender kumar. he is not there at time. he always says do whatever u want to do, complaint anywhere u want... and he also says change your internet connection. so i request you take some strict action against them.

    Thumbs down very very poor services mtnl 3G

    I stay at bhayander. I have taken mtnl 3g card of mtnl on 26/12/2009,from mtnl exchange bhayander(w). But till date my 3g services is not been activated. I am feed of been such poor services by mtnl.

    One thing i wanna ask you if 3g services is not available at bhayander then why the co. Is selling the card.

    No proper answer has been provided to me from any one at customer care.

    I have taken two sim card 9757021180 / 9757021179.

    Please look into the matter and try to solve the problem as early as possible

    Default Poor Service of MTNL

    Dear Sir / Madam

    Triband Plan - TRI UNLT' 749 initially it was TRI UNLT' 599

    I am a Triband Subscriber since Oct' 09 and from the date of connection I have been notifying / complaining MTNL (198, 1504, 1500 and several other numbers provided by them from time to time) about the frequent disconnection of the internet service. It is very normal that if I use internet for an hour it definitely gets disconnect for atleast 10 times or sometimes even more. Initially my plan was Unlimited 512kbps which I changed recently to Unlimited 752kbps.

    Recently I got more involved to get the things resolved due to frustration as the download speed also got reduced to 20-30kbps, so apart from complaining on above numbers I even visited our local exchange based near Sheetal Talkies several times but got no response. I even spoke to the divisional engineer Mr. Inamdaar, one of the senior officer, who acted to be very helpful but did nothing instead diverted me after 2 days to another person named JAYA saying that its her responsibility and she is on holiday. So I quit and stopped following them and decided myself to increase the speed to 752 kbps thinking that this will resolve the problem but I was wrong it gave birth to another problem. I requested for change in service by calling 1500 on 30th May 2010 and was told that the speed will change in 2-3 days. So I waited for a week but the speed remained the same. I started following up again this time it was speed matter and continued to do so till 19th June 2010 when actually I started receiving speed as per new plan.

    During my follow up I dealt with many people in MTNL and found none of them polite instead thier attitude were such that as if they have given me a loan and I am not able to repay it or they are providing the service for free of charge. During the process I even got interacted with the line man who refused to change the wiring, in a very rude manner, which I suspect may be the reason for disconnection as the wire coming from the telephone box to my house is very old and have several joints in between.

    I am fedup, after doing all this the actual problem still persist. I am helpless it is really very difficult to get your job done in MTNL as there is no commanding body where customers can approach in case of no response. All exchange have their own policies without any authority on top I believe.

    I would be grateful if you help me in this matter.

    Question Complaint for not upgrading my broadband plan against MTNL

    Broadband Unlimited downloading 599 plan

    I am a Broadband Subscriber for more than 2 years and from the date of upgradation of this connection means initially it was providing speed of 256 Kbps but from march 2010 it was announced publically that now onwards minimum internet speed will be 512 Kbps and old connections will be automatically upgraded to this new speed .I have been notifying / complaining MTNL (198, 1504, 1500 and several other numbers provided by them from time to time) about not upgrading our connection of the internet service. but all is in vain as till now my internet speed is less than 256 Kbps .
    We are also submitting the bill regularly but we are not getting the services we are paying for, this is ridiculous. Each time I complaint about the upgradation the customer care employee said I have send the mail and you will get response soon and in all it took 2-3 days to take action and they send a line man at our home who does not know about internet connection and had to go back and then this matter took few days and I became busy in other household activities and forgot . Then after a month when I got sometime I again did complaint but result remained same as before.

I even spoke to engineer Mr. Sanjay recently, who acted to be very helpful but did nothing . So I quit and stopped following them and decided to complain about the mtnl poor services



    I am totally fedup, after wasting so much my precious time in doing these complaints as no one is there to listen and to act upon as my problem still persist the same of low downloading speed. I am helpless it is really very difficult to get your job done in MTNL as there is no commanding body where customers can approach in case of no response.
    I would be highly obliged if you help me in this matter.
