Bsnl ooty Dear Sir
This is Amit Kumar Rajhans from Ooty ( Nilgiris) I have taken a land line connection from BSNL in Mar 2010 vide tel number o423 2450142, Afet taking it was working for a day and after that stop working i have visited them several time complaining that my phone is not working, Afet 10 days some one will come and rectify the connection . From last 8 months my land line is not working and now they have sent me a Criminal Procecution and Legal action notice and they are telling me to pay the bill worth of Rs.2611. my thing is when i have hardly used their services on what basis should i pay. Please look in to Matter seriously and solve it for me. I have got the Notice on 23rd From adv B Krishna Kumar.

Mobile no Portability Hi Sir
Hi everybody I'm Ashok (94861-37899). I'm using this prepaid no for more than 4 yrs. Now I have applied for MPN (MOBILE NO PORTABILITY) to change my network from bsnl to AIR-TEL, Since I'm capable of getting Companies CUG. I followed all the steps for MPN & at last I got a message stating that MPN has been declined as im into some contractual obligations. Being a prepaid customer I don't think so there is no contract as such. When I called the customer care, They said I have to go to bsnl office for more details. When I went and asked about this with the customer care agent they are giving a stupid answer that they are helpless. Then why it is called as customer care.. Please can some one help me in this. The one & only reason that im using this no because I'm using this no for more than four years. If I change my no my Business will get affected.
