This complaint is regarding educated unemployeed candidates in Jammu and Kashmir.Government is not providing any jobs to the deserved candidates.If a candidate fails in any interview,he should be given chance to get the job. A 10-15 min conversation can never judge the knowledge of a person.Taking a look on all government departments,80% of the employees are either 10th or 12th pass with holding a higher position in the departments by paying a lot of bribes to the higher officials. If a matric pass desverves higher position then what a educated candidate deserve.All the educated unmployeed youths are wandering on roads in search of jobs.Most of the departments like PDD,PWD hire majority of diploma candidates and majority of degree candidates are omitted of from the list.Its my request to have a look on uneducated employees in various departments with a higher position.Please take a strict action against them and do the justice with the right ones.
