I have taken a power of atorny in my name name to close a housing loan and another one to take loan from other bank, because my husband is abroad and it was attested by the Indian Embassy at Abudhabi. and submitted the document to the RDO trivandrum to adjudicate it and the necessarry documents and application and the stamp duty were paid on 01/02/2011. And they said to come on 08/02/2011, and the file number was 2557/11/N1. As per the given date we went there and when we enquired there they said that in a careless manner it will be somewhere there and let her check that and we have to wait till the evening. We waited and waited 6 1/2 hours in the office from 10:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and we enquired many times in between and they said in the afternoon that the RDO is not there and he will come soon and we waited and when the RDO came we again asked and they said he will sign it and give it soon. each time they said he is busy wait for half hour - half hour like that it continued till 5:00 P.M. By that time we saw that the staff all have gone. so we had to return back. We are from a long distance from the office and have to travel for 2 hours and is very difficult. what kind bloody approach is this. Is this government office for their personal enjoyment or for the Public???? We have many urgent things to be done and we have lost a whole day. Now i am planing to go on 10/02/2011. I dont know what they say on that day..... and also i dont know what we will do... because we had suffered a lot today.....
